As part of the Grow with Google Mongolia program, participants visited Gund Investment offices to gain exposure to different business operations and engage with professionals across a range of industries.
Participants were welcomed by Tserendulam Gavaasuren, Head of Human Resources and Development at Gund Investment, who provided a brief introduction to the holding company, its business portfolio, and its approach to talent development and lifelong learning.
Since the launch of the partnership, Gund Investment has hosted program participants through a series of office visits designed to complement classroom learning with practical business insights. Previous cohorts were welcomed at the Colorado Business Center office and the Knowledge Sharing Center, where participants had the opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship, technology, and organizational development.
This year, participants visited Gund Investment's Knowledge Sharing Center located at the Shangri-La Office. During the visit, they were introduced to several businesses operating within the holding and learned about their products, services, and development journeys.
During the tour, participants were introduced to tuss.io, an artificial intelligence-powered compliance platform developed by TUS Solution LLC. Bayartsengel Batsaikhan, CEO of TUS Solution LLC, shared insights into the platform’s development and its application in supporting compliance processes through digital solutions.
Participants also learned about Yanztai Bone Broth, a product manufactured by STS Foods LLC using nutrient-rich beef sourced from Mongolia’s pasture-raised livestock. The session provided an overview of the company’s product development and business operations.
The visit formed part of the program’s broader effort to connect participants with businesses and professionals across different sectors, enabling them to gain practical perspectives on innovation, entrepreneurship, and organizational development.
Gund Investment has partnered with Grow with Google Mongolia for three consecutive years, since the program’s inception, supporting initiatives that contribute to professional development and lifelong learning among young people.
