Graduating with a Master’s degree in Electronics from University College London (UCL), Batdorj Jargalsaikhan has carved a niche for himself in the technology sector through his work as a founding software engineer at TUSSolution. Batdorj’s expertise lies in creating robust, scalable software solutions using a variety of technologies, including Python, Django, and VueJS, among others.

As a co-founder of the TUSS D+ platform, Batdorj has demonstrated remarkable ability in full-stack development, platform architecture design, and leading technology-driven projects to successful completion. Under his technical leadership, TUSSolution emerged as a leading Enterprise SaaS platform in Mongolia, servicing over a thousand organizations with innovative solutions.

Beyond his professional achievements, Batdorj is committed to the growth and development of the tech community. He serves as a mentor for startups at Socratus Startup Studio, where he shares his knowledge and experience to help emerging tech companies find their footing in a competitive landscape. In addition, he has a track record of actively engaging in System Engineering academic community, where he presented his novel solutions at an international conferences held by "International Council on Systems Engineering" or INCOSE for short.
