Introduction

Since 2007, UCD LLC has been engaged in various projects focused on energy-efficient housing, construction materials, and air pollution reduction. Their notable projects include the development of "Penohiits" aerated concrete and “M-Solid” magnesium panel (2008-2009), subcontracting for an MCC air pollution reduction project (2011-2012), the “Solar house” project in partnership with ORIX group Japan and Dupont group Hong Kong (2013), the “House doctor” pilot project with ARUP Hong Kong for energy loss reduction (2014-2015), and the CALE project (2014-2015). In 2019, they developed an energy-efficient housing design framework with ARUP, Hong Kong. Their main services include design and architectural planning, comprehensive project planning, construction and installation, consulting services, and educational training programs.
